Edit Job Posting
The Edit Job Posting page is the full-page workflow for updating an existing job listing. It is opened from the Job Postings list row action or from the Job Posting Detail header.

Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”- Route:
/hr/job-postings/:id/edit - Menu Path: HR → Recruitment → Job Postings → row actions → Edit
- Primary audience: HR users who can manage job postings.
What Can Be Edited
Section titled “What Can Be Edited”The page uses the same field groups as Create Job Posting:

| Position and Form | Linked position and application form schema |
| Compensation | Salary range, currency, and public salary visibility |
| Job Description | Description, responsibilities, requirements, and benefits |
| Settings | Headcount and closing date |
| Status | Valid next lifecycle status for the current posting |
Status Transitions
Section titled “Status Transitions”Only valid transitions for the current state are offered in the status selector. For example, a Draft posting can be published, while an Open posting can be paused, closed, or marked as filled.
Save Behavior
Section titled “Save Behavior”| Action | Result |

| Save | Saves changes and returns to the Job Posting Detail page |
| Apply | Saves changes, reloads the updated posting data, and keeps the edit page open |
| Cancel | Returns to the Job Posting Detail page without saving pending changes |
AI Job Description Helper
Section titled “AI Job Description Helper”The edit page includes the same Generate with AI helper available on the create page. Use it to regenerate selected job description sections, then apply only the generated sections you want to replace.
