Onboarding Settings

Onboarding Settings allow Tenant Admins to configure the guided setup experience presented to new users when they first log into the portal. This includes welcome messages, setup checklists, and feature tour configurations.

Hidden for System Admins. Only available in standard (non-system) tenants.

  • Welcome Message — Define a custom welcome message displayed to users on their first login.
  • Onboarding Checklist — Configure a list of setup tasks (e.g., “Complete your profile”, “Connect your first integration”) that guide new users through initial configuration.
  • Feature Tours — Enable or disable guided product tours for specific portal sections.
  • Skip Option — Control whether new users can skip the onboarding flow entirely.
  • Re-trigger Onboarding — Reset a user’s onboarding state to re-display the flow on next login, useful after major platform updates.
