AI Usage History
Overview
Section titled “Overview”AI Usage History provides Tenant Admins with a detailed breakdown of AI API consumption over time. Admins can review usage trends, identify high-consumption features or users, and compare actual spend against configured budgets.

Visibility Conditions
Section titled “Visibility Conditions”Requires AI to be enabled for the tenant. Hidden in the System Tenant. Not visible when AI is disabled.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Usage Timeline — Graphical view of AI API calls and associated cost over a selectable date range (day, week, month).
- Feature Breakdown — Usage and cost split by the specific portal feature that triggered each AI call (e.g., document extraction, chat assistant, auto-categorization).
- User-Level Detail — Drill down to see which users triggered AI calls and their individual consumption share.
- Cost Estimation — Calculated cost based on token counts and the configured AI Model Pricing, giving a monetary view of consumption.
- Export — Download usage history as a CSV for external reporting or chargeback calculations.
