AI Credentials (System)
Overview
Section titled “Overview”System-level AI Credentials allow Super Users to configure AI provider connections that apply platform-wide, as opposed to tenant-specific credentials configured by individual Tenant Admins. These credentials can serve as a shared fallback or be used exclusively for system-level AI operations.

Visibility Conditions

Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Platform-Wide Provider Configuration — Set API credentials for AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) that apply at the system level.
- Fallback Credential Policy — Configure whether system-level credentials are used as a fallback when a tenant has not configured their own credentials.
- Multiple Provider Management — Register credentials for multiple providers and control which is the active default.
- Credential Validation — Test connectivity to the AI provider API before saving.
- Audit Trail — All access to and modification of system AI credentials is logged in the audit system.
