Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Activity page provides a live, real-time view of ongoing system activity within the tenant. Unlike Audit Logs (which are historical), this monitor is designed for operational awareness — showing current user sessions, background jobs, and recent system events as they happen.
Access & Permissions

Visibility Conditions
Section titled “Visibility Conditions”Always visible to authorized roles.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Live Event Feed — Auto-refreshing feed of system events including logins, data imports, background job completions, and API calls.
- Active Sessions — View currently logged-in users with their session start time and last activity timestamp.
- Background Job Status — Monitor running and recently completed background tasks (e.g., report generation, bulk imports).
- Event Severity Filter — Filter the activity feed by severity level: Info, Warning, Error.
- Manual Refresh — Trigger an immediate refresh of the activity feed on demand.
