Trash

The Trash page provides Tenant Admins with access to records that have been soft-deleted within the portal. Deleted items are held in the trash for a configurable retention period before being permanently purged, giving admins the opportunity to recover data deleted in error.

Always visible to authorized roles.

  • Deleted Items List — View all soft-deleted records across supported entity types (e.g., users, products, documents) with the deletion date and the user who deleted them.
  • Record Restore — Restore any item in the trash back to its original location and active state with a single action.
  • Permanent Delete — Permanently delete selected records to immediately and irreversibly purge them from the system.
  • Bulk Operations — Select multiple items for batch restore or permanent deletion.
  • Retention Period Display — See how many days remain before each item is automatically and permanently purged.
  • Entity Type Filter — Filter the trash view by entity type to find specific kinds of deleted records quickly.
