Contact Detail
View the full details of a contact associated with a business partner.
Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Contacts are managed through the Business Partner detail page. To view a contact’s details, navigate to the relevant business partner and select the contact from the contacts section.
Contact Information
Section titled “Contact Information”The detail page displays the contact’s core properties:

| Role | Role or position of the contact |

| Phone | Contact phone number |
| Status | Active or inactive status badge |
Primary Contact Behavior
Section titled “Primary Contact Behavior”- A contact can be designated as the primary contact for its business partner.
- Only one primary contact is allowed per business partner at a time.
- Changing the primary contact updates the partner’s default contact reference automatically.
