Account statement

Navigate to a business partner’s detail page and click the Account Statement tab, or go directly to /business-partners/:id/account-statement.

The page title is displayed as Account Statement - [BP Name], showing the business partner’s name. In the top-right corner, a Back to Business Partner link returns you to the business partner detail page.

The table always includes the following rows:

  • Closing Balance — The balance at the end of the selected period, displayed as the last row

Transactions are sorted by date in descending order by default.

The account statement complements the financial summary shown on Business Partner Detail:

  • Customer and vendor balances contribute to overall exposure.
  • On-account movements represent payments not fully allocated to documents.
  • Available credit is affected by current customer exposure and configured credit limit.
