Users

The Users page allows administrators to view, invite, edit, and deactivate user accounts within their scope. Tenant Admins see all users across the tenant, while Account Admins are limited to users belonging to their specific account.

Tenant AdminFull access — all users across the tenant
Account AdminLimited access — users within their account only
Super UserFull access across all tenants

Always visible to authorized roles.

  • User Invitation — Send email invitations to new users with a pre-assigned role and account scope.
  • Role Assignment — Assign or change user roles (Tenant Admin, Account Admin, Standard User) after creation.
  • Account Association — Link users to one or more accounts within the tenant to control their data access scope.
  • User Deactivation — Deactivate users without deleting them, preserving their audit history and associations.
  • Profile Overview — View key user details including name, email, last login, and assigned authorization groups.
