Storage
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Storage page provides Tenant Admins with a view of the tenant’s file storage usage and allows management of stored files, attachments, and media. Admins can monitor quota consumption and clean up unused assets to stay within limits.

Visibility Conditions
Section titled “Visibility Conditions”Always visible to Tenant Admins. Note: this page shows tenant-scoped storage. Global storage monitoring is available under System > Storage Overview.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Usage Dashboard — Visual breakdown of storage consumption by file type (documents, images, attachments, exports).
- Quota Indicator — Progress bar and numeric display showing used vs. total allocated storage quota.
- File Browser — Browse files stored within the tenant with filtering by type, date, and size.
- Bulk Delete — Select and delete multiple files at once to reclaim storage space.
- Quota Alerts — Configure threshold-based alerts (e.g., at 80% and 95% capacity) to notify admins before limits are reached.
