Kardex
Kardex is the inventory movement ledger. It lists stock-affecting events in chronological order and shows quantity, cost, running balance, source document, and notes for each movement.

Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Navigate to Inventory → Reports → Kardex in the sidebar, or go to /inventory/reports/kardex.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”| Filter | Description |

| Item | Limit the ledger to one item |
| Warehouse | Limit movements to one warehouse |
| Movement Type | Filter by stock movement type |
| From Date | Start of the movement date range |
| To Date | End of the movement date range |
Active filters appear as removable chips. Use Clear all to reset the ledger.
Movement Types

| Goods Receipt In | Stock received into inventory |
| Goods Issue Out | Stock issued out of inventory |
| Delivery Out | Stock shipped through a sales delivery |
| Return In | Stock received back from a customer return |
| Transfer In | Stock received at the destination warehouse |
| Transfer Out | Stock removed from the source warehouse |
| Adjustment In | Positive stock adjustment |
| Adjustment Out | Negative stock adjustment |
| Reservation Hold | Quantity reserved for demand |
| Reservation Free | Reserved quantity released |

Source Documents
Section titled “Source Documents”Source document links open a slide-in preview when the source type has a registered preview sheet. Current preview coverage includes inventory and commerce documents such as stock movements, sales deliveries, sales orders, customer returns, and return deliveries.
