Property Reports
The Properties reports area contains operational and financial reporting for property inventory and lease performance.
Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Navigate to Properties → Analysis → Reports. The base /properties/reports route redirects to /properties/reports/inventory.

Property Inventory
Section titled “Property Inventory”
Shows property status, type, occupancy, project link, and floor size. Property and project cells link back to their detail pages.
Lease Roll
Section titled “Lease Roll”
Supports status filtering and CSV export. Lease and property cells link back to detail pages.
Payment History
Section titled “Payment History”
Tracks lease payment history for auditing received and outstanding amounts.
Variable Sales
Section titled “Variable Sales”
Tracks variable sales data used by sales-based lease agreements.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Reports are registered under properties.reports and require Properties module access.
