Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions page allows Tenant Admins to define and manage the legal terms that users must accept before accessing the portal. Admins can publish new versions of the terms, and the system tracks which users have accepted the current version.

Hidden for System Admins. Only available in standard (non-system) tenants.

  • Terms Content Editor — Write or paste the full terms and conditions text using a rich text editor with formatting support.
  • Version Management — Publish new versions of the terms; users are prompted to re-accept when a new version is released.
  • Acceptance Tracking — View a log of which users have accepted the current version and when.
  • Enforcement Toggle — Enable or disable the requirement for users to accept terms before accessing the portal.
  • Effective Date — Set the date from which the current version of the terms becomes effective.
