Maintenance Dashboard
The Maintenance Dashboard is the landing page for the Maintenance module. It summarizes asset count, open work orders, active schedules, overdue work, open requests, contracts, completed work orders, and request volume.
Accessing the Page
Section titled “Accessing the Page”Navigate to Maintenance → Dashboard, or go to /maintenance/dashboard. The module root /maintenance redirects to this page.
Dashboard Areas
Section titled “Dashboard Areas”| Area | Purpose |

| Primary KPIs | Total assets, open work orders, active schedules, overdue work |
| Secondary KPIs | Open requests, active contracts, completed work orders, requests received |
| Upcoming Maintenance | Shows schedules due in the next 14 days |
| Overdue Work | Highlights overdue work orders and schedules |
| Distribution Charts | Shows work order distribution by status, priority, and source |
Navigation Shortcuts
Section titled “Navigation Shortcuts”KPI cards and list rows link into the relevant Maintenance pages, including Assets, Work Orders, Schedules, Requests, and Contracts.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”The page requires Maintenance module access. Individual cards depend on the user’s permissions for assets, work orders, schedules, requests, and contracts.
Screenshot Status
Section titled “Screenshot Status”The wiki tenants returned a portal 404 for /maintenance/dashboard during the 2026-06-10 capture pass. The screenshot is pending until Maintenance is enabled or deployed for the wiki tenants.
