Storage Overview
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Storage Overview provides Super Users with a platform-wide view of storage consumption across all tenants. It complements the tenant-level Storage page by aggregating usage data and surfacing tenants that are approaching or exceeding their allocated storage quotas.

Visibility Conditions

Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Platform-Wide Usage — Total storage consumed across all tenants vs. total platform capacity.
- Per-Tenant Breakdown — Table of storage usage per tenant, sorted by consumption, showing used, allocated, and percentage consumed.
- Quota Management — Adjust the storage quota for individual tenants directly from the overview table.
- Overage Alerts — Tenants exceeding 90% of their quota are highlighted for proactive action.
- Storage Type Breakdown — Aggregate view of storage split by type (files, database, backups) across the platform.
