Tenants
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Tenants page enables Super Users to create, configure, and manage all tenants hosted on the EZY Portal platform. Each tenant is a fully isolated organizational environment with its own users, data, and configuration.

Visibility Conditions
Section titled “Visibility Conditions”Visible to Super Users only. Hidden when the platform is deployed in Single Tenant mode.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Tenant List — View all provisioned tenants with their name, status (Active / Suspended / Provisioning), and license tier.
- Tenant Creation — Provision a new tenant by specifying name, subdomain, license tier, and initial admin user.
- Tenant Configuration — Access and override tenant-level settings (feature flags, storage quota, AI enablement) from a central admin view.
- Tenant Suspension — Suspend a tenant to block all user access without deleting data, useful for non-payment or policy violations.
- Impersonation / Admin Access — Enter a tenant’s context as a Super User to perform administrative actions or troubleshoot issues.
- Tenant Deletion — Permanently decommission a tenant and schedule data purge, subject to a confirmation workflow.
