Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Billing Summary page provides Super Users with a consolidated view of license usage and billing status across all tenants on the platform. It is used for internal reporting and license compliance monitoring.

Visibility Conditions
Section titled “Visibility Conditions”Visible to Super Users only. Hidden when the platform is running under an Unlimited license, as billing caps do not apply.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- License Overview — Summary of the active license type, total seat allowance, and seats in use across all tenants.
- Per-Tenant Breakdown — Itemized view of seat usage, storage consumption, and feature enablement per tenant.
- Overage Indicators — Highlight tenants that have exceeded their licensed quotas for seats, storage, or API calls.
- Billing Period — Display the current billing cycle dates and the renewal date.
- Usage Trends — Historical charts showing license utilization growth over time.
