Platform Capabilities
This page explains shared platform capabilities used across EZY Portal modules. It is intentionally high-level and focused on tenant-facing behavior.
Access and visibility model
Section titled “Access and visibility model”- Access is role-based, so users only see features and data allowed by their assigned roles and company policies.
- Some organizations also enable scope-based visibility to limit records by team, region, branch, or operational responsibility.
- Privileged administrative areas can be available to selected roles while remaining hidden for regular users.
Record lifecycle and recovery
Section titled “Record lifecycle and recovery”- Many business records support a lifecycle that includes active, archived, and restored states.
- Archive and recovery workflows help protect data from accidental loss while maintaining operational continuity.
- Visibility in lists and reports can vary based on status filters and user permissions.
Bulk operations
Section titled “Bulk operations”- Supported modules may allow bulk actions to create, update, or retire records more efficiently.
- Bulk workflows are designed for repeatable high-volume tasks such as setup, maintenance, and catalog updates.
- Validation and permission checks still apply during bulk actions to preserve data quality.
Search and discoverability
Section titled “Search and discoverability”- Modules provide search and filtering so teams can quickly locate operational records.
- Search results reflect role and scope visibility rules.
- New or updated records may require brief indexing time before appearing in every search view.
Data consistency across modules
Section titled “Data consistency across modules”- EZY Portal modules share business context to keep related information aligned across operations.
- Cross-module updates are coordinated so changes in one area can be reflected in dependent areas.
- Monitoring and audit-oriented capabilities support traceability for important business events.
Tenant isolation and governance
Section titled “Tenant isolation and governance”- Tenant organizations operate with isolated data boundaries and independent configurations.
- Governance controls (roles, permissions, policies) help each tenant manage risk and compliance needs.
- Platform capabilities can be configured differently per tenant based on business maturity and operating model.
